Types of stimulus and responses

Stimulus

Any change in an organism environment that comes to organism to react. It is a fancy way of saying cause.

Examples: An animal is cold so it moves to sun. You are cold so you put on a jacket.

Types of stimuli

       1. External stimuli

       2.   Internal stimuli

External stimuli that comes from outside of an organism. e.g. A snake lungs at the rabbit so it runs away.

Internal stimuli that comes from inside of an organism.  e.g. feel hungry so you eat some food. A cat feel thirsty so it drinks water.
